SENTENCE TO BE CARRIED OUT. CABINET'S DECISION. (Per United Pres,? Association.) WELLINGTON. June 11. The Ponsonby murder case and the sentence passed utam Dennis Gunn were considered at a tn-cring of the Executive Council this morning, His Excellency the GovernorGeucra! presiding. It was afterwards announced that His Excellency, acting hy and w:rh the ad' ice of hi- Ministers, saw no reason why the decision of the Court should lie mteiicred with.
