DUNEDIN RESOLUTIONS. (Per United Press Association.) DUNEDIN, June 2. At a largely attended meeting of the local branch of the New Zealand Post and Telegraph Officers’ Association the following icsolutions were unanimously carried: (1) That delegates to the forthcoming conference he instructed to oppose any suggestion to reversion to Commissioner control; (2) that delegates be given a free hand in regard to "consequental adjustments”; (3) that in the event of a complete breakdown in the present negotiations delegates lie instructed to advocate immediately taking a secret ballot, and that before drastic action is taken the majority to be at least three-fifths of the total membership.
