(Received June 1, 9.25 p.m.) The Senate Foreign Relations Committee reports against the policing of Mexico, and adds that recognition o f the revolutionary Government should he withheld until it is certain whether Huerta’s administration is approved by the Mexican people, and whether he is able and willing to comply with internationlsl practice. The claims of Americans against Mexico for damages already total £100,000,000.
