The Premiers’ Conference has adopted immigration proposals providing for Commonwealth control of all overseas organisation, transport, and financial arrangements. The pool has increased butter 3d per lb, and is resorting to cold storage of stocks. The inter state position is bad, and some are seeking assistance from New South Wales.
