(TO THE EDITOB 07 THE TIMES ) Sib, — At Mr Wood's meeting last night, a vote of want of confideace was duly proposed and seconded bj two electors. As an amend aaemt a vote of confidence was proposed and seconded bj two gentlemen, neither of whom were electors. The amendment was carried by a majority of two. Bow many more non-electors voted for the amendment besides the proposer and seconder is not known. — Fours, be., Eleotob. Jan. 16, 1873.
