WOOL MARKET.
The market has experienced a further decline, cancelling the advance on the March rates which the first week's sales established. This is true for all descriptions, and for some special Mnds, such as lambs, the prices, on account of the large supply, are even materially lower than at last series. The depreciation in price is considered to be owing to the large quantities weighing upon the market, and the attention of the trade having been partially divided by the wool fairs held at various parts of the continent. Prices are now considered to stand about on a with those of March. " Stables' Circular" fbrthe month shows the total exports to be as follows : — To Victoria, £456,845, being a decrease of £71,675; Sydney, £225,983, being an increase of £59,G06; Queensland an increase of £20,374 ; Adealide, a decrease of £89,110; Tasmania, a decrease of £2,913 ; New Zealand, an increase of £52,990.
