Arrived. — Bruce and Ernestine, from Melbourne. Madbas, July 9. Freights are weaker ; rates, L 3 7s 6d to L 3 15s. Cotton. — Nominal, L 4; deadweight, LI. Disengaged tonnage in port, 5,770 tons. In a heavy gale the French barque St. Bernard was driven against the pier, doing considerable damage. The barque became a total wreck, and other vessels were injured.
