JANUARY 15th. ' (Before D. S. Lawlor, Esq., R.M.) Thomas Armstrong was charged- with provoking a breach of the peace, and it appeared from some words given in evidence that he had quarrelled with a man named Mackenzie, and struck him. Fined Ids, or 24 hour's imprisonment.
