POSTAL NOTICE.
On and after January Ist, 1867, the foUowing rates of postage wUI be charged, on aU letters and newspapers posted in New Zealand, for dehvery within the Colony : — No. 1. Town Letters. Posted at any Post-office within the colony for deUvery at or from such Post-office : — Not exceeding £ an oz Id. Exceeding £ an oz.,but not exceeding 1 oz. 2d. For every oz., or fraction of en oz. over loz. .. 2d. No. 2. Country Letters. Posted at any Post-office within the oolony for deUvery at or from any other Post-office within the same Province : — Not exceeding _• an oz 2d. Exceeding _- an oz., but not exceeding 10z. ... 4d. For every oz., or fraction of an oz. over 1 oz. 4d. No 3. interprovincial Letters. Posted at any Post-office within the colony, for deUvery at or from any Post-office in any other Province within the colony : — Not exceeding £ an oz 3d. Exceeding _■ an oz., but not exceeding loz 6d. For every oz. or fraction of an oz. over 1 oz. ... 6d. On aU Newspapers posted within the colony for deUvery within the colony, One Penny each.
