Alterations have been made in the Regulae Generates of the Supreme Court, which are published in the New Zealand Gazette, of the 27th uit. They are, first, in relation to pleading Provincial Ordinances, ofwhich, in future, it will be necessary only to insert the title, date, and number of section relied on in the margin of the pleading; and secondly, the fee of 6d per folio copying documents and office copies is abolished, and a rate fixed for copies of not less than 4d, nor more than 6A per folio of 72 words.
