From tho inllucnce, wealth, position, and business abilities of the promoters, its success is undoubted. A provisional committee has been appointed, and a prospectus will be issued hi a few dsys ;. it is contemplated to bring enly a portion of the shares into tho market at present, sufficient capital being promised, if not already in hand, to start with. The unparalleled success of the Bank of New Zealand, has no doubt been an incentivo to commence the Bank of Auckland." 4.
