Monday Evening. The amount of Rovemio collected at tho Custom House for tlio past two days lias been as follows -.—Saturday, £35 3s. Bd. ; to-day, £57 16s. 3d.— together, £92 19a. lid., being duty paid as follows : —

Messrs. Caroy ami Gillca sold by auction, on tlie Jetty, to-day, tho cutter Maid of Southland for £36, and a smaller ono named Garibaldi, for £8. Thereafter, in tho Prince of Wales - Hotel, two allotments of land in Esk-street, as follows :•— Portion of Section -1, block 11, witli a frontago to Esk-street of 30-ft. by a depth of 80-ffc., for £22 10a. Allotment frontage to right-of-way of 30-ft. x 80-f't. in depth, in the same section, for £10 10s. Messrs. Mueller and Geisow sold by auction, at tlieir rooms, Tay-strcet, on llth inst., at tho instance of tlie mortgagees, town sections in Invercargill, aa follows -. — Section 10, block G'J, fronting Leetstrcet, and within 0 chains of Dec-street, together with two-roomed houso erected thcroon, to Mr. M'Donald, for £120. Section 21, block G9, fronting Yarrow-street, and ono chain removed from Deo-street, to Mr. Hart, for £102 10s. Section 20, block OS, fronting Leet-street, two chains removed from Dee-street, to tho Rev. C. Seavle, for £102 10s. Section 20, block 13, front--2jn%.-gor tli- s treet, to Mr. Hart, for £85. Allotivo. 4, of subdivision of section "No. 1, of block 56, of Invercargiil, with four-roomed house (closo lined, calicoed and papered), 2-i-ft. x 20-ft., and with double chimney. Price, £97 lOs. Mr. 11. B. Monkman exposed for sale today, several front sections on the Clifton Estate, on tlie Bluff road, at the upsofc prico of about £20 per acre.
