Section 21, block G9, fronting Yarrow-street, and ono chain removed from Deo-street, to Mr. Hart, for £102 10s. Section 20, block OS, fronting Leet-street, two chains removed from Dee-street, to tho Rev. C. Seavle, for £102 10s. Section 20, block 13, front--2jn%.-gor tli- s treet, to Mr. Hart, for £85. Allotivo. 4, of subdivision of section "No. 1, of block 56, of Invercargiil, with four-roomed house (closo lined, calicoed and papered), 2-i-ft. x 20-ft., and with double chimney. Price, £97 lOs.
