The property consists of 183 acres of level land, a considerable portion of which is cleared, fenced, and in cultivation, whilst upon the remainder there is growing timber of various and of the best kinds. On the land is erected a substantial Cottage, as also, well built stables, milking shed, piggeries, poultry yard, and other conveniences. This estate has been subdivided into and will bG disposed of in allotments varyiDg from 3 to 10 acres each of which will have a good road frontage, and be sold with all the improvements erected and being thereupon at the time of sale. The title to the property will be guaranteed, and the terms and conditions of gale will be liberal. A plan of the property, -wilh the subdivisions thereof can be seen at the Mart of the Auctioneers, or at the offices of Thomas S. Weston, Esq., the solicitor to the trustees. PARTNERSHIP.
