Seven Communist men and six w men, handcuffed together, and/, chain and padlocked to the, top of an om: bus, waving flags and singing the ] ternationale, was the final scene in demonstration by the Iternatiorial Cli War Prisoners' Aid Association. T demonstrators boarded the bus at V toria' Station, and promptly' : chain themselves to the seats. They refus to leave when the conductor request them, and eonsaquently the driver p: ceeded to Scotland Yard.
