A NEW NAVAL ORDER. “EVERY SAILOR AN AIRMN.” LONDON, Oct. 26; “Every sailor an airman” is the latest slogan of tlie Navy, Admiralty Fleet orders ordain that, all officers and men of the Royal Navy and marines' may be ordered as necessary to make casual flights in aircraft as a part of their duties. No extra pay or allowances will be granted for this work.
