MEDAL MATCH. Next Saturday will probably see the last of the medal snatches for this season, and it is hoped that as manv players, as possible will take part" and 'make the outing an enjoyable and interesting one. So far the medals have been well distributed, and it is gratifying to see so many of the new players coming to the fore in these competitions. Members of the Shannon Golf Club visited the Levin links on Saturday last and were soundly defeated. Of the 12 men's matches 'Levin won 8 and halved one, whilst the Levin ladies-won 7 of the 8 games played.
