TOKOMARU NOTES.
I (From, our Own Correspondent.) i The dance which was held by the I local Football Club on Friday last, I was a great success. During the evening, songs were rendered hy Miss E. Morgan and Messrs George Imi id Winterhurn. Mr Scager also I a whistling solo. Mr H. Pan' I officiated at the, piano and extras were plaved nv Mrs George and Miss D Lampard. A most enjoyable evenjno- was broken up at midnight, flie electric lights in the local hall were turned on for the first time on Friday last and proved to be a. great improvement. Local footballers have; been ver.v i busy for a few days repairing the ' trrdund on which the first cup uiah-.n "game will be played.
