LIBRARY VENTILATION.
* (To the Editor). Sir.—"Hygeia's" letter in your last issue of the "News" gives impression that the Library window is never opened, which is incorrect. The window is open daily unless weather conditions prevent, also the door, so the microbes can so in or out as they wish. I write this in justice to myself as it is mv constant endeavour to keep the Shannon Public Library in as clean and fit condition as possible for the public—l am, etc., E. NICOL. Librarian and Custodian. Shannon, 12/3/25.
