Thus wrote the late Lord Fisher, the famous admiral and a former First Sea Lord of thej Admiralty, to Admiral von Tirpitz, the. German naval chief, on the occasion of the latter's resignation in 1916. The letter has just been published in Berlin. The Berliner Lokal-Anzeiger says it blushes to think how differently the Germans refer to Lord Fisher,
