We quote. New Zealand salted 204 s (2025); New Zealand exceptional brands 206 s (208sJT Danish M2s (232); finest Australian salted 190 s (192sj; unsalted 192 s (1965). Cheese.-— Market is steady. New Zealand white and coloured 93s to 94s (925). . . Lamb—Ne.w. Zealand prime crossbred lamb, Canterbury heavy and light, not quoted. North Island heavy, 12id, light, J3d. Demand for New Zealand lamb is less.. Aliy change in price is in favour of buyers. Mutton—New Zealand prime crossbred mutton, Canterbury, heavy ana light, not quoted. North Island heavy 8d light B|d. Demand , for New Zealand mutton is good owing to cold weather. Market is firm. Beef.—New Zealand prime ox beet binds, sjj, fores, 4§d. Demand lor New Zealand beef continues. Market is "firm. x Australian Frozen .Meat.—Good average quality crossbred heavy, r~“> light 13d. Good demand for Australian lamb.
