STOCK SALE.
The monthly stock sale was held
in the Shannon yards yesterday when there was a good attendance of buyers and ruling prices were well maintained. A good yarding of cattle came forward,, most of the - lines being quitted. The following were the prices realised: —Sheep : Eat ewes 27s 6d, ewes and lambs 2ls to £2: Cattle: Yearling Jersey heifers £4, £5 ss, £7 10s and. £B, yearling heifers £2) fat bullocks according to weight £B’ 4s to £l2l, fat cows £5 10s to £6 16s, forward cows to £2 2s 6d. store cows,2os to 28s. dairy cows £ll 10s to £l3, dairy bulls £4 5s to £5, potter bulls 20s to 30s. Pigs: Stores 245, 26s to 365 ! .
