VOTING POWER OF UNIONS. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The New Zealand Rugby conference to.night discussed the Boundary Commission’s report, especially that part relating to the voting power of unions. After considering several amendments, it was decided, by 56 votes to 41;, that unions having under 30 teams be given one vote, 30 teams and under 60, two votes, 60 teams and. under 90, three votes, 90 teams or over, four votes.. It was also decided that the annual subscription be three. guineas, and one shilling for each team under the control of the Union, exclusive of primary school teams. KICKING INTO TOUCH.

' The conference has decided that the amended kick into touch rule be enforced ; again this season. The ; voting was-61 for and is 6 against. NEW OFFICERS

Mr S. Wilson (Canterbury) has been elected president of the New Zea’and Rugby Union. The management, com mittee comprises Messrs McKenz e (Wairarapa), T. Fletcher (Manawatu), W. Glenn (Wanganui),, E. Little, W. Hornig, A. C. Kitto, S. Dean (Wellington), with Mr W. T. Parata as an honorary member.
