BOWLING.

A rink from the Shannon Club, consisting of J. Murray, E. Spencer, W. McKegg and J- Roach (skip), journeyed to Woodville on Wednesday last, to be present at the opening of the latter club. The Woodville green was found to be in excellent, order, and the Shannon rink was in good form, scoring a win over the Woodville rink opposed to it by 25 to 22. The day was pleasantly spent, and the outing much enjoyed by the visitors.
