[Reuter’s Agency.] Melbourne, May 27. Oats are quoted at 3s sd. Mauritius advices report that engagements for sugar for New Zealand comprise 325 tons for Lyttelton, and 200 tons for Auckland. The Victorian Government steamer Victoria has returned from the search of the barque Cambria, which left Mauritius on March 15 for Launceston, No sign of the missing vessel has been seen. Members of the Ministerial Corner Party in the Legislative Assembly ai’o persisting in their opposition to the Reform Bill as amended by the Council. The Hon Mr Graham Berry .had an interview to-day with the Governor, to consider the present political situation. In addition to the awards of medals already telegraphed, Mr John Alex. Wilson, of White Island, New Zealand has received a bronze medal for unrefined sulphur. Sydney, May 27. Mr Gipp, hydraulic engineer, has commenced an action for libel against Mr John McElhone, member of the Legislative Assembly for the Upper Hunter District. Damages are laid at £SOOO.
