GEEYMOUTH EACES. Geeymouth, March 32. The racing to-day was as successful as yesterday. The weather was beautiful, the attendance large, and the events well contested throughout. Goldfields’ Handicap, of 75 sovs. If miles. Hero 1 Elfin King... 3 York ... ... ... 3 Handicap Huedlb Eace, of 30 sots. 2 miles. Kensington 1 Whalebone 2 Maori Girl 3 Tandsticker and Bat also ran. Geey Valley Stakes Handicap. York 1 Greyhound 2 Elfin King 3 There were nine entries, but The Field, The Tout, Warrigal, and Kensington were scratched. The race was closely contested. The other events were of no consequence.
