Auckland, 6 hrs 13 mins 2 secs 1 Thames, G hrs 14 mins 25 secs ... 2 Ponsonby, G hrs 15 mins 12 secs 3 This event was pulled in the evening. Auckland took the lead at the start, and maintained it, as did the Thames for second position. Both pulled well, but the Ponsonby badly.
