CRICKET.
A match between teams of the Geraldine C.C., and the Carisbrook (Dunedin) C.C., was held at Geraldine on Friday and SaturdajL Harris made the top score for Carisbrook — 33, 84—and Moore for Geraldine with 21 points. The result was an easy victory for Carisbrook, Geraldine only scoring 24 and 78 for their first and second innings, making a total of 102, while the Dunedin players scored 237 for one innings.
HJOn Saturday a match came off at Albury between an eleven of the Albury C.C., and a similar team from Fairlic Creek. The scores were :
Fairlic Creek—lst innings 54 „ —2nd „ 57
Total ... 11l Albury—lst innings 105 This left Albury but seven points to make and this they accomplished without the loss of a wicket.
