[By Telegraph.] The D.J.C. have decided to recognise the newly formed Tattersall’s Association, and directed their Secretary to notify the same 'to other racing clubs. The disqualification of Blue Bell Avhich took place at the Palmerston Races in April 1879 has been removed and the Club has resolved that in cases of disqualification or removal of disqualification by up country Clubs in Otago in future no action as to endorsement of the same be taken by the Dunedin Jockey Club until the evidence as taken is before it.
