CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.

A meeting of the above was held this afternoon.

The revised rules were adopted, and the following officers were then elected : —Chairman, Mr J. H. Sutter; vicechairman, Mr H. J. Sealy; and the following gentlemen were appointed as tiie committee : Messrs, Evans, Rutherford, Granger, Gibson Woollcombe, Archer, and Gibson. Mr E. H. Tate was elected Auditor.

It was resolved that the members of last years’s Committee shall he considered members of the Council, without election on payment as members.

The annual subscription to the Chamber was reduced from two guineas to one guinea. The meeting shortly afterwards adjourned.
