SIR HERCULES ROBINSON ON NEW ZEALAND.

[By TV,lug hath.] Wellington, August 30. At a dinner given by Sir W. Eitzherhert, in the Council Chambers, His Excellency expressed regret at Icaying New Zealand,which he had intended to make his permanent home. He spoke highly of its climate, scenery, and people, but said it was misgoverned, and he advised her rulers to avoid adding to present financial embarrassments. He spoke highly of the admiuistralivo abilities of his successor — Sir Arthur Gordon.
