[Reuter’s Agency.] The Victorian Crisis. Melbourne, June 28. The dissolution of the Assembly is expected to take place on Thursday. Mr Service will issue a manifesto to the electors in a few days. Considerable electoral activity has already manifested itself. Sir Bryan O’Loghlcn and Dr L. L. Smith, who were rejected at last election, will stand for scats in Parliament. Only a few electorates will be uncontcsted.
