Phantom train for rail group

Main Trunk Rail Ohakune (MTRO) has announced their "Phantom Express" - a high-speed luxury passenger train to run from Palmerston North to Auckland on 13-14 September. Society president, Bob Norling, said they have secured nearly 200 "A" reserve seats to the Phantom of the Opera show, which makes MTRO one of the major ticket holders in the country at present. Passengers will have a choice of accommodation in Auckland, ranging from Quality Hotel to Harrah's Sky City Casino. Meals, transfers and accommodation are included in the price, plus a special "champagne surprise" at the show. Tickets for the trip to see the acclaimed Phantom of the Opera, starring kiwi-born actor Rob Guest, go on sale this week.
