Club results for 2 July: Another chilly night saw a
somewhat smaller field but 14 still turned up to play 301 partners, double in double out. The overall winners of the lotto were Mickey and Pat, closely followed by Karen and Luana who inherited the runners-up spot only after a play off with John and Sandra. Highest starts of the night were Brian's 108 for the truckstop tucker and Luana with a great 150 sees her gassing up at Shell. On to the highest scores, these were awarded to John with 125 for a trip to Route 66 and Pat who can play "Spaceys" for a while, thanks to her double 100s. Highest finishes which were 1 18 for Luana on the GGI Wine and again featuring John's 83 ensures he won't be hungry after two Fastlane feeds in one night. The wooden spoon has returned.
