Waimarino Riding Club
The Waimarino Riding Club president' s report was tabled at the recent AGM outlining a very full partseason, in which all members participated fully. The treasurer's report showed a little fund raising would be necessary to enable a team to travel to NITE this year, so that subscriptions may be held at the same level of $ 1 5/member. Club officials remained the same: president: E Cooper, vice president: J Marama, secretary/treasurer: A Maru. A short ride was held with five members on 29 June but the weather was not good enough for us to ride around the Ratamarie. Maybe next time will be better to allow us to see the good views of Mt Ruapehu. The next meeting is on 25 July in Waiouru.
