Waiouru RSA darts

On Tuesday 28 February seven teams of two played 501 , double start, double finish. Brian scored his third 1 80 for 1 995 and Sue kept borrowing from her sister to pay her fines. Winners for the evening were: Overall winning team Mark and Larry, 12/12; Highest start ladies Luana, 96; Highest start men Larry, 96; Highest score ladies Patricia, 125; Highest score men Brian, 140; Highest finish Patricia, 57; Wooden spoon Teresa, one from three darts; Hard Luck prize Karen and A J who played good darts but just couldn't pull off the wins. On Tuesday 14 March the Club joined by some members of the Waimarino club of Raetihi and run by Garth had a very enjoyable night. Winners for the evening were: Overall winning team Steve Wallace and Craig Most; Highest start ladies Cathy Walker, 100; Highest start men Steve Wallace 140; Highest score ladies Lyn Abbott, 1 16; Highest score men Steve Wallace, 140; Highest finish Cathy Walker, 108; Wooden spoon Marianna Beech, nil from three darts.
