the Department of Social • Welfare since 1991, after five similar charges were dismissed by Judge Lynton Lang in the Ohakune District Court on 14 July. However Judge Watson said that he felt he could not deal with sentencing last Thursday because he did not have all the facts before him and "it would be quite inappropriate to guess".
