Aussies take lessons
Ruapehu Alpine Lifts marketing efforts in Australia are having a positive spin-off for the Whakapapa Ski School. Manager Patrick Simmen says there's been a noticeable increase this season in the number of Aussies taking lessons. He says they tend to include lessons as part of the holiday ... buying lift passes and then heading straight to the Ski School which is great for business.
