Burglary charges
The following defendants were all remanded on bail to appear in the Ohakune District Court on 18 November. All were ordered to observe a 8pm6am curfew at specified addresses and were given a non-association order with their co-offenders. All were remanded without plea. ChrisLeaBillington, 17, unemployed of Raetihi. Breaking and entering dwelling houses at 27 Mt View Road, 3 Ranfurly Street and 8 Duncan Street
on or about 1 1 October. He is also charged with receiving three motorcycle tyres valued at $240 from Dekker Machinery. Counsel: Paul Brown. Steven Michael Sattler, 18, pruner of Raetihi. Breaking and entering Dekker Machinery on 9 October. Counsel: Paul Brown. James Kitiona Cleary, 18, student of Ohakune. Breaking and entering Sports Country, Clyde Street, Ohakune on 1 8 July. 1 Counsel: Gary Johnson. Scott Nicholas Wise, 18, unemployed of Whangaehu. Breaking and entering Sports Country, Clyde Street, Ohakune on 1 8 July. Counsel: Paul Brown.
