Remanded to December
Brent Anthony Petherick, 24, cafe manager of Ohakune, pleaded guilty to a dangerous driving charge on the Ohakune Mountain Road on 4 May but not guilty to driving with excess breath alcohol. ' He was remanded on bail for a defended hearing on the excess breath alcohol charge to 9 December when the dangerous driving charge will also be heard.
