• A Taupo man was uninjured after the vehicle he was driving was involved in an accident on Horopito Straight early Friday morning. The vehicle rolled into a ditch after the man fell asleep at the wheel. • A man will face charges later this month following an accident on the Ohakune Road, Raetihi. The man was the driver of a vehicle which rolled early on Friday morning. One of the vehicle' s occupants was taken to the Waimarino Health Centre and discharged, while the three other occupants escaped without injury. The driver of the vehicle will face charges of careless use of a motor vehicle causing injury and driving without a licence. • A burglary of a Moore Street chalet Ohakune was reported to the police over the weekend.
