PUBLIC Sale of Liquor Act Elders Pastoral Limited of 60 Khyber Pass Road, Auckland, has made application to the District Licensing Agency at Ruapehu for the grant of an off-licence in respect of premises situated at 88 Seddon Street, Raetihi and to be known as "Elders Pastoral Limited". The generai nature of the business to be cond ucted under the licence is that of a store selling wines, beer and spirits for consumption off the oremises.

The days on which and the hours during which liquor is intended to be sold underthe licence are 8am to 5.30pm Mondays to Fridays and 8am to 1pm Saturdays. The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Ruapehu District Licensing Agency. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of this application may, not laterthan 1 0 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing or the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Agency at Ruapehu.
