PUBLIC NOTICES I IN THE MATTER of the Sale of Liquor Act 1 989 AND IN THE MATTER of an Application for an OnLicence by COLIN N O R M A N FREDRICKSEN and BARBARA JEAN FREDRICKSEN PUBLIC NOTICE (Section 9, Sale of Liquor Act 1989) COLIN NORMAL FREDRICKSEN and BARBARA JEAN FREDRICKSEN of Ameku Road, Raetihi have made application to the District Licencing
Agency at Taumarunui for the renewal of an OnLicence in respect of the premises situated at 14 Ameku Road, Raetihi known as County Classic Lodge. The generai natureof the business to be conducted under the licence is an Accommodation House. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is intended to be sold under the licence are Sunday to Saturday inclusive between the hours of 1 1 00 to 0200. The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Taumarunui District Licensing Agency at Huia Street, Taumarunui. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of the application may, no later than 10 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing ,Agency at Huia Street, Private Bag, Taumaru-nui.
