Waimarino golf
Torrential rain and flooded greens were the order of the day for the few brave golfers who took the field for Sunday's haggle. Results as follows: Senior; T Geraghty 36, M Steele and P Goldfinch 33. Junior; S Mott 33, S Gray 32, L Drinkwater 31 , C Brown 30, P Mcllroy 25. The only two of the day was scored by P Goldfinch. The annual visit to Taumarunui for the Manson cup is next Sunday so as many players as possible please. Tee-off time is 11.30am. Also the Plunket tournament coming up on Saturday the 22 of August.
