Riding trip

Riders Cindy Langdon and Fiona Evans represented King Country at the NZPC championship at Blenheim recently It was a long journey down but all horses travelled well. Fiona Evans and Southern Comfort rode clear 5-J X-Country which was an excellent achievement being Fiona's first time at championship events with this horse. Cindy Langdon and Captain rode a personal best dressage clear X-Country but unfortunately knocked 2 rails 5-J which knocked her off her overnight placing. There were 48 riders in their section from 16 areas. The trip was enjoyed and experience gained. Reserves Katrina Wilson, Kirsty Mcllroy with the help of Vicky Pearson helped the team with cleaning, plaiting and getting organised.
