Dean Francis Richards, access trainee of Raetihi, appeared in August on a charge of unlawfully entering the Video World parlour in Raetihi on 3 August but was remanded without

plea with a view to imposing a sentence of diversion. Court heard how defendant had entered the premises of Video World soon after someone else had kicked in a window. After hearing that defendant had not fulfilled his sentence of diversion satisfactorily he was convicted and ordered to come up of sentence if he offended again within 12 months.
