credit card. Court heard how defendant, after finding a Visa card on Turoa skifield, had used it to obtain goods to the total value of $2,351 from 32 outlets in Auckland, Palmerston North and Taihape. Defendant had already paid part reparation leaving $1,515 still outstanding.
