Ruapehu netball
The rain held off for the second day of netball competition on Saturday. Competition is hard in both grades with some very close games. Organisers are pleased to see so many enthusiastic third form netballers
this year, some of whom are proving to be good up and coming players. The netball division are grateful to St Johns for their services on a Saturday. Results for Saturday 20 April: Navy 55 v College two 16, Ruapehu 33 v Transport 33, Waiouru three 17 v MG's 27, Waiouru two 13 v Waimarino 23, Ramblers two 29 v College three 6, College one 1 1 v Raetihi 30, Karioi 26 v Checkers 26, Seekers 26 v Ramblers one 25 Karioi 30 v Ramblers two 15. The draw for Saturday 27 April: 9.30am sharp C1 Navy v Waimarino umpire Ramblers two, C2 Checkers v College three umpire Waiouru two, C3 College one v Ramblers one umpire Raetihi, C4 Transport v MG's umpire Seekers. 10.20am C1 Waiouru three v Raetihi umpire Ramblers one, C2 Karioi v Waiouru two umpire Waimarino, C3 Seekers v Ruapehu umpire College one, C4 Ramblers two v College two umpire Checkers.
