Beer bottle flowers
Beer bottles became vases for the flower section of the recent Waimarino A&P Show but the Raetihi Garden Club, who organised the competition, would rather use the metal containers they normally use for such occasions. The present location of the crates of the containers is a mystery to club members and club representative Locheen Punch (54 526) is hoping someone will remember where they are in time to avoid using beer bottles at the next show.
