COCAINE REMAND, NAMES STILL SUPPRESSED
The two Ohakune men charged with conspiring to supply cocaine have been further remanded on bail, to appear in the Ohakune District Court on 6 December for a depositions hearing. The two, along with a woman who has also been charged, appeared in thd Wanganui District Court last Tuesday. They have been refused name suppression but they have applied to the High Court for name suppression and until this is decided, sometime in the next two weeks, interim suppression is mandatory.
