Heroin charges
Peter Desmond Fitzgerald, 28, unemployed of Rangataua, pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a class 'A' drug (heroin). On this charge he was remanded to appear in the Ohakune District Court on 23 November. On a charge of having herion for supply, defendant pleaded not guilty and was ordered to appear in Ohakune on 8 November for the taking of depositions. High Court bail to continue.
